I absolutely LOVED working with Stacy! We only met with her once before the wedding and communicated via phone/computer the rest of the time leading up to the weekend of the wedding. She knew exactly what kind of wedding I wanted. My wedding was on my parents property in Temecula, so many things could have gone wrong, but she managed to be very professional and make sure it was the best wedding ever! Stacy has a demeanor that is very calm and collected, which is exactly what every Bride looks for in a time of stress. She supplied all the vendors a perfectly written itinerary days leading up to the big day. Everyone knew what and when things needed to be done. I never for a second worried during my wedding. My husband and I got married in October 2017 at the Secluded Garden Estate in Pala,CA. We decided on Stacy from a recommendation from a family friend. Stacy was such an asset to our wedding process. We originally had not planned on using a coordinator but are so grateful that we did. We met Stacy for coffee a little over a month before our wedding and not only was she very professional and organized she was very personable. I felt completely at ease with her and felt like I'd met a long lost friend. She put my worried bride-to-be fears to rest and jumped right in. The day my daughter got engaged was a joyous celebration that I had been anticipating, but the reality of planning a large wedding in 5 months was a daunting task. There were so many things (it was the happiest day of my life!) it is hard to say what the best part of the wedding was, but if I had to pick a couple things, I would say that one thing that made it so special was how worry-free everything was. Stacy had everything under so much control that we honestly didn't have to worry about a thing so we could truly relax and enjoy everything about our special day. The reception was also so much fun! Stacy kept everything on schedule without making it seem like we even had a schedule at all. Everything seemed so relaxed and we were able to have so much fun with our friends and family. We were able to make it around to all the tables and get through all of the reception events (toasts, dinner, first dance, cake cutting, etc.) and still had time to tear up the dance floor with all of our guests!
From the very beginning, I could tell that Stacy had a genuine desire to make our day special. She had an interest in who we were as a couple and what was important to us. She did everything she could to make it a perfect and unforgettable day and it was obvious that was her goal from the first meeting. Additionally, my mother was living out of state during our engagement and she wanted to have someone that she felt would truly take care of the wedding planning and help me as a friend would in her absence. She also took time out of her schedule to come shopping with me for linens and ribbons and even the flowers for my bridal hairpiece. I have found that some people in this field have a tendency to have their own agenda, about how things should be or what an event or retreat should look like.
